You’ll be asked a few questions to help us tailor our suggestions. We can book in an onsite quote at a time that suits you, or speed up the process by quoting for you from floor plans, photos or video.

We will consider the styling best fit for your needs, depending on the current market trends and conditions and buyer demographic.

Once you accept the quotation and book an installation date, it’s all systems go. 

Payment is required to secure your booking, ask us about our range of payment options.

Our team will install all items as discussed and quoted. The home is then ready for photos and inspections. The property is then marketed by your preferred Agent. 

Once you have sold let us know or have your agent contact us direct to arrange the furniture removal.

I’ve never done any staging before, I’m nervous about the process…..?
We understand that it can be daunting having strangers in your home or even just selling your home to begin with. Our team are experts in making you feel as comfortable as possible during the staging process.
Our aim is to always take the stress out of the process as much as possible. At any time you can ask for more information, more help or even just more accessories!
How long will staging take, how long can I have the furniture in my property?
This is the easy part for you! Sit back and let us take care of the installation. You can provide keys or have your agent do so to ensure a smooth installation day. If you’d like to be there on the day, you are welcome to see us in action, it’s a fast efficient time!
Most full installations take from 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home, access to the home and the amount of styling required. We will bring everything required to style you home such as light globes, cleaning and ironing items and all furniture on the day.
Our standard hire period is 6 weeks, however as we own our all of our own stock (and plenty of it!) we are flexible depending on current market conditions. Our weekly hire extensions are also the most competitively priced, if you need it a little longer than the initial hire period.
Can you walk me through my home and help me work out what I need?
With pleasure! Our time is dedicated to helping you as our client. From the initial quotation to the installation and even through to the removal phase our aim is make sure your property is presented at it’s best to attract as many buyers as possible.
We’d like to help you have a smooth and successful sale, so we’ll prioritize communication with you at every stage (pun intended!) to make this possible.
